Flappy is one of the two secondary action elves. She gets her name because of the flaps on her hat. Flappy is played by Tasha. She works with Snappy, the head elf, and Mr. Jingles, another secondary elf.
Looks
Flappy is a yellow color. She wears a green hat with white underline. In the backyard, she only wears an orange flowered dress, a white scarf, and a pair of white gloves to match her scarf. At the North Pole, she wears brown boots and a green dress.
